This agreement is a legally binding contract between any person ("user" or "you") who accesses and uses the tk99 platform ("platform" or "service") and tk99 ("we" or "us"). By accessing the platform, opening an account, and placing bets, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

tk99 may change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the platform, and your continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

1.1 Purpose of the Service

The tk99 platform provides casino games, football betting, live casino, and traditional Myanmar games for entertainment purposes to registered users. Please use this service honestly and responsibly.

Account Registration and Use

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21+ to play at tk99. We reserve the right to verify your age. If it is found that an account was opened with a false age, the account may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may only open one account at tk99. The same phone number, IP address, or payment method cannot be used across different accounts. If this rule is violated, both accounts may be closed and any bonuses forfeited.

2.3 Registration Accuracy and Security

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. Keeping your password secure is your responsibility — do not share your account with any third party. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

We may verify your personal information before processing withdrawals or whenever we require it. You must be able to submit the documents requested for these verifications.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit at tk99 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit for all methods is 10,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Deposit and withdrawal methods must match, and transfers through third-party bank accounts are not allowed.

3.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Restrictions

We may decline or suspend deposit and withdrawal requests in the following situations—

  • Bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
  • Verification documents have not been submitted
  • Suspected breach of terms and conditions
  • Activity that may compromise the integrity of financial transactions

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

tk99 enforces anti-money laundering policies. Suspicious deposit or withdrawal activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors at tk99 can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. For example—

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks; wagering requirement: 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks
  • Deposit 120,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving a balance of 220,000 Ks; wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks

To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount.

4.2 Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus type can only be claimed once
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn together with your own funds right away — withdrawal is only available after wagering requirements are met
  • If a withdrawal is requested while bonus wagering is still in progress, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited
  • tk99 may suspend or modify bonus programs at any time
  • If any attempt to exploit bonuses is detected, the bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited

4.3 VIP Tiered Cashback

tk99's VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback every week
  • Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback every week
  • Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback every week

VIP tier advancement is based on your volume and consistency of play on the platform, and progression is determined by tk99.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on the tk99 platform—

  • Opening multiple accounts as a single player to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse)
  • Using a VPN to access the platform from regions where player access is blocked
  • Modifying, hacking, or copying the platform's software for unauthorized use
  • Playing with funds belonging to a parent or guardian (playing on behalf of a child or another family member)
  • Exploiting software bugs for personal gain without reporting them to the platform owner
  • Colluding with other players by pre-arranging outcomes to claim bonuses
  • Making offensive remarks related to politics, religion, or similar topics

If any of these violations are found, tk99 may close the account and suspend or forfeit funds without prior notice.

  • Service downtime due to server maintenance
  • Game disconnection caused by server or network issues
  • Game interruption caused by the user's own network failure
  • Failure of software or tools provided by a third party

tk99 is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events beyond our control.

Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by tk99

If tk99 believes you have violated any of these terms, we may at any time without prior notice—

  • Temporarily suspend the account
  • Permanently close the account
  • Cancel any bonuses obtained fraudulently and any related winnings

10.2 Self-Exclusion by the User

You must be 21+ to use the services at tk99. This requirement is strictly enforced and we prevent anyone under 21 from accessing the platform. If an account is found to have been opened with a false age, it will be closed immediately and any funds may be forfeited.

A wagering requirement is the minimum amount you must wager before you can withdraw your bonus funds. The wagering requirement for tk99's welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Each person may open only one account at tk99. If a second account is found using the same phone number, IP address, or payment method, both accounts will be closed and any bonus funds may be forfeited. This will be treated as bonus abuse and action will be taken accordingly.
